Bookings & consent
When you book an Espy Skin service, you agree to these terms and conditions. We ask all new patients to complete a Patient Consent Form before their appointment.
Payment methods
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cash and bank transfer.
Price
The price payable for Espy Skin services may be on our website or if not then this can be confirmed following your booking request via confirmation letter or email. Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Events beyond our control
If an event beyond our reasonable control prevents us from providing your appointment as planned, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange another appointment where appropriate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. The terms in place when you make your booking will apply to that booking.
Special offers
We may offer discounts or promotions from time to time. Each offer is available for the period and on the conditions stated with it. Unless an offer says otherwise, it cannot be combined with another offer. If an offer requires a promo code, please provide it when booking so we can confirm the applicable price.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
