Contract to purchase
When you book our services via whatever means you enter into a contract to purchase the Product according to the terms and conditions below. We ask all new patients to complete a Patient Consent Form.
We may accept these payment methods: EFTPOS, credit card, cash, bank transfer.
The price payable for Espy Skin services may be on our website or if not then can be confirmed following your booking request via confirmation letter or email. Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and our services do not carry GST unless purchased by a business.
We reserve the right to change the price without notice, so long as the price is agreed to by both parties before the completion of the appointment.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable for any failure, or delay in providing our services in the event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Such events or circumstances may include but are not limited to: systems or network access issues, hardware failure, and logistical issues, however, we will make every effort to fix the fault or issue as quickly as possible or arrange another appointment date if necessary once the issues have been fixed.
We may vary our terms and conditions at any time, by publishing new terms and conditions. Any bookings made after this time are subject to the new terms and conditions. Please contact us to obtain up-to-date terms.
From time to time Espy Skin may offer special offers or discounts. These are for a limited time only and the time frame is typically stated within the offer. Special offers are subject to change without notice and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. You may be asked to use a promo code to receive an offer.
If the offer or promo code is not used/disclosed to us at the time of booking we do not guarantee the offer/discount will be able to be applied.
